Code of conduct

Purpose

This code of conduct exists to make expectations explicit and to protect trans community members. It applies to all programs, events, and spaces facilitated by the Center for Trans Futures.

We expect participants to

• Respect names, pronouns, and identities

• Practice consent in conversation and interaction

• Maintain confidentiality and privacy

• Follow facilitator guidance

• Accept boundaries without argument

We do not allow

• Harassment, threats, or intimidation

• Hate speech, truscum, or dehumanizing language

• Boundary pushing after a clear no

• Weaponized reporting or bad-faith complaints

Violations may result in removal from programs or loss of access, depending on severity and pattern.
